Work took over today, so I ate like shit and didn’t exercise. Here’s what I ate:

  1. Coffee with creamer (50 cals)

  2. 2 string cheeses (200 cals)

  3. Red beans (300 cals)

  4. 30 skittles (150 cals) (the devil put them in my room)

  5. Palak paneer and brown rice (1300 cals)

Total cals: 2000 cals.

I was really hoping to break 169 tomorrow, but not after today’s shitshow.
