I’m still going down, but the pace is brutal. Of course I can’t expect to lose 10 pounds overnight. At the same time, developing good eating habits and controlling how much I eat takes al lot of work. Work has been brutal lately, so I’m also fighting the temptation to say fuck it and just order food instead of cooking it. That said, here’s today’s plan:

  1. Coffee with creamer

  2. autumn harvest cereal

  3. 2 string cheese

  4. palak paneer with brown rice

Exercise: 100 calories walking
