Soylent (green is people)

I’ve decided to try all Soylent M-Th this week. I would say M-F, but let’s be realistic and acknowledge I’m going to fuck that up Friday. I’m also so sick of eating the usual food, so this is a good time to re-set. Yesterday was day 1. Easy. I’m trying not to work out until I get below 160 so that I don’t straight up tear all of my joints.
