Drank last night, so I’m retaining water, and right back to where we started. Last week was a halfer. Aiming for full clean eating all week this week. Today I ate:

  1. McDs coffee (100 cals)

  2. Mcds hot cakes (400 cals)

  3. Red beans (300 cals)

  4. Autumn Harvest and soy milk (500 cals)

  5. 2 String Cheese (200 cals)
