I’d like to be 140. Except I haven’t been 140 since 2005? So that’s probably not realistic. A realistic goal is more like 155. Which, I’m still chonk at, but at least that’s attainable. This wee'k’s goal is to hit 168 as the low, and stay under 171 as the high. Here’s today’s eating goals:

  1. Coffee with cream

  2. Farfalle with alfredo sauce

  3. Vegan chili

  4. 2 string cheeses for snacks

Exercise goal is 30 minutes walking.
