Facing down the fat

I want to go downstairs and huff down the rest of the cereal. But I just took a cold sip of water instead and I’m fighting the urge. Here’s what I actually ate:

  1. Coffee with creamer (50 cals)

  2. Vega brotein shake (170 cals)

  3. Bowties with alfredo sauce (300 cals)

  4. Red beans (300 cals)

  5. Tub of salad with avocado, yellow tomatoes and feta (600 cals)

  6. 1 chocolate coin from xmas (100 cals)

Total: 1450 calories
