Back in the 160s. Let’s try to stay here for a damn minute. Walking 3 miles yesterday probably helped me get here. Because I can’t not eat 6 ladles of fresh hot chili. Today’s eating goals:

  1. Coffee with creamer

  2. red beans

  3. 2 string cheese

  4. farfalle with alfredo sauce

Today’s exercise goal: walk 300 calories off
