This makes no sense. I’ve consciously been trying to eat less. And I’ve consciously been trying to not eat out. Beyond that, I was expecting to be back at 171+. It’s not at all clear why I’m sub 170, especially since I ate take out Fri, Sat, and Sun. So I guess this week’s goal is to get sub 167 low, and stay in the 60s as the high. Today I’m planning to eat:

  1. Coffee with creamer

  2. Soylent

  3. Misir Wat
